The Premise:
That the Governments of Australia (Federal & State) have negligently failed in their duty of care to maintain the health and well being of its People resulting in pain, suffering, financial loss and death. This failure arises from:

- Allowing the decline in availability of natural foods through inaccessibility and higher pricing.

- Allowing the perpetuation of false and misleading advertising in relation to food and nutrition.

- Allowing the food industry to contaminate our food supply with preservatives, additives, nutrient boosters, artificial flavours, colours and other chemicals not naturally found in foods.

- Allowing agencies, established by government to act as protectors of the people, to not alert the People of the potential or real dangers.

- Allowing the perpetuation of false and misleading advertising in relation to food and nutrition.

- Providing insufficient and inadequate regulation of the food and health industries and thus permitting harm to the People.

- Allowing the infiltration of Genetically Modified foods into the food supply without the permission of the people and without adequate testing.

- A failure to conduct adequate testing of the food supplied to the People despite rising evidence of its harmful effects.

- The under funding of health services in Australia leading to premature death and prolonged suffering of patients awaiting treatment.

- A failure to provide adequate medical care to those who cannot afford life saving or lifestyle maintaining treatments.

- A failure to provide clear labelling of foods where chemical names are changed to numbers or refer to obscure ingredients the make up of which is unknown.
